Stress-Free Pickup: If you need it, we'll pick you up with our free shuttle service in Cesenatico, Cervia, or Cesena. The relaxation starts from the moment you set off.
A Special Welcome: As soon as you arrive at our home in the Sorsa Valley, we'll greet you with a glass of our wine and local snacks. But the real welcome committee will be Happy, our big white dog, who will immediately become your happy shadow for the day.

🍇 The Wine Tour: From Vine to Glass (with a Surprise Ending!)
A journey into the world of Sangiovese and our other local wines. Together, we'll follow the path that transforms a bunch of grapes into an exceptional wine.
What you'll do: A walk through the vineyard rows, a story about the life cycle of the vine, a visit to the historic cellar with an explanation of the tools, and of course, a guided tasting of our wines.

What you'll do: We'll start in the wheat fields, collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop, and then head to the kitchen! You'll learn how to roll out sfoglia (fresh pasta) by hand to create tagliatelle and cappelletti, and prepare the dough for piadinas and crescioni.
